Who really believes Ward will fight Kovalev?

He fought the best at SMW. I've no doubt he'll fight the best at LHW.

 

A win cements his ATG legacy, he won't duck this.

 

I thought that he might have dodged Kovalev. I now no longer believe that. It is happening!

 

He has to or he will be flamed by the fans. It is a travesty that a fighter of his ability has been sitting on the sidelines for so long. Yes I know he had his contract issues but as far as I'm concerned, its now or never for him to become a genuine star. If he doesn't take the fight, he can forget the big $ going forward.

I think Ward will find a way to delay it, I don't think it happens this year.

 

I think Ward is a special kind of talent and will be ready for Nov. IMO its a 55-45 in favor of Andre. The Krusher can't waste any time and let Andre dance around him as I think that Ward will win any decision not involving KD's, so Krusher should go out with bad intentions from the first bell. My 2 cents

 

Sergei is a slight favorite IMHO because he's comfortable at this weight with freakish power. Sergei is not as technical but his skills are underrated. He's fundamentally sound all around. Will be a close fight and if Sergei lands a power punch it could be by KO. 55-45 Kovalev

It would not be surprising if Ward wins ugly.
