TV Networks are worth a mention, though I'm going with Oscar.

In all honesty Golden Boy and Top Rank are the major ones at fault when it comes to the promoters. Hell even Bob Arum said that if Floyd signed with Don King that the fight would be made in one week end and signed. Now can someone please tell me how that **** can happen that quick with Don King and not Golden Boy? That would also mean that Team Pacquiao would agree with full random testing just not while Golden Boy is a part of things. HBO is at fault as well.

It's such a toss up to me. Mayweather promotes himself as the best, then bores the hell out of the general public with every performance. Add in the lack-of-character issues and the fact that he is allowed to duck and it makes boxing as a whole lose credibility. If that's the best the sport has to offer, I don't blame fans for tuning out.

Arum never saw an in-house fight he didn't like and refuses to allow the natural progression/selection of champions and stars. His negotiating tactics are juvenile at best, and unethical at times. But, he is not the face disgracing the sport on ESPN and in front of the camera. No, he's the sneaky ******* who does his dirt behind closed doors.

HBO has some fault.. but not too much.. HBO always normally wants the best fight.. i.e. Alexande vs Bradly, Khan vs. Madaina etc... but from time to time, they tey to protect a fighter they invest in (Berto/ Pavlik/ Taylor) and then we get some stupid matchups.. but normally HBO wants the best fights look at what they told Wlad... and Hopkin (for the Jones II fight)... but Golden Boy can obviously be blamed because they protect thsir fighters resulting in not too many great fights, and none against Top Rank
