How exactly does he puts fights together differently then other promoters? Arum puts fights together that we, hardcore fans, might hate, but he's not stupid and knows what he is doing. Whether we like it or not. In the end it's about filling arena's in which we, hardcore boxing fans, are a minority.
I can have my opinion can I?? I dont like how he forces in house fights...Get over dude...I dont like Arum and its nothing you can do to change that!:good
Golden Boy who wants to be the next Don King. He controls Haye, and therefore controls 1/3 of the Heavyweight drama. With him protecting Haye, a K-Bro fight will never happen.
Of course u can. I didn't try to change your opinion at all. The general forum is making you paranoid I was just genuinly curious/interested as to why you think he forces fights upon fans. But now that you've said the word in-house I get your point and sort of agree that's sort of ****. You gotta hate the UFC:rofl
Say what you want to about the UFC, but at least they put together fights the fans want to see...and that kinda of a bad comparison given that the UFC only has one promoter! (and yes, I do get on Dana White for giving a bad card at times) My only beef with Arum is that he tries his best to sell you something and then turn around and lie about it...I know everybody is guilty of it, thats a given fact...but dont try to insults us paying fans intellegence! Thats the thing that gets me. maybe I'm wrong, or whatever, I just cant stand that old ****er!
and so what about promoters in house fights? Mayweather or Pac hurt Boxing? how that fight will ****ing happen and it will be over and some new **** will come along but this is because of in house fights this shits not happening and dont forget boxers sighn contracts they are the promoters ***** why you think mayweather had to buy out of his contract so that he could actually get a fight done Oscar de la hoya
well ufc inhouse fights are promoted by 1 guy so thats why everybody fights everybody GBP and Top Rank no good
Greedy promoters, HBO and Showtime at times, and fighters who use the excuse I beat the guy who beat you, so basically I beat you too, PPV prices, fighters with demands but are quick to cry when they are ask for a simple demand
PPV, 12-round title fights (should be 15), all the alphabet organizations (how they're still around and more keep cropping up, I have no idea), promoter's greed, and lack od discipline in the heavyweight division.
Exactly..... The question is.. who RIGHT NOW.. and RIGHT NOW Marquez decided to fight Morales thinking it will lead to a Pacqiauo fight...
