molsey rules the division, nobody can say that floyd rules it because he hasn't fought at welterweight in 18 months.

mosley and cotto need to get a rematch sorted so we can get a definate number 1, the first fight was close and i had it for mosley. cotto or top rank want the fight in MSG because they are guaranteed a win if it goes 12 rounds. mosley wants it in vegas because he has a better chance of winning and it would make him more money.
