I`d probably edge towards Hopkins although De Witt was more exciting to watch. Thoughts?

Oh come on Pugilist, even you are better than a thread like this. This is even worse than the Ottke-Calzaghe comparison. DeWitt lost to Robbie Sims, Jose Quinones, Milton McCrory, and Sumbu Kalambay amongst others, he was KO'd four times in his career and held the least credible major world title for like 2 or 3 fights. Now consider Hopkins...

    Silly silly boy again.

It wasn`t meant to be a serious thread. Are all New Yorkers barking or is it just Undisputed? :think

doug Dewitt will be lucky if he's even considered for the hall of fame.

Of course he definitely won't be considered for the Hall of Fame. The guy held the WBO title for 2 or 3 fights. That's it. If you can be considered for the HOF with that, then who won't be in it?? Every alphabet champion ever, there will be about 3 million nobodies in there!

One of my favourites ever too, despite the tragic ending.

there's no ulterior motive to it, just a tribute to both fighters . i'll get rid if it offends anyone.
