    Richie Davies.

Never seen the man give a fight to the wrong man, wether it be in a 4 rounder or a 10 rounder. Never show's bias to the house fighter or prospect. He also doesn't hesitate to give hotly touted prospects in to trouble for dirty tactics. I remember he told Billy Joe Saunders that he would dq him if he used his head once more.
In the Anthony Small vs Matthew Hall fight, he pulled them into the middle of the ring and told that they better start fighting because people had paid to watch this.

That was on the undercard of Mitchell v Katsidis. He warned him the first time and BJS went in with the head again so Davies gave him a proper old school bollocking. He is by far the most fair and balanced ref in the UK these days.

It would be hilarious if a highly paid, highly touted Allegedly fighter was thrown out for headbutting or low blows.

Imagine his column in The Sun :hey
