I know this thread was tongue-in-cheek, but I have to say...that's a terrible attempt at the Ali shuffle. No speed or fluidity at all. Leonard did it very well in the No Mas fight, which was a far better emulation.

A match-up back when Calzaghe used to throw his left hand as a knockout punch would've made for a tremendous fight. As it is now, Joe won't throw it properly in case he breaks his hand and RJJ is better off doing shite Ali shuffles against blown-up Titos

Alas, that vid proves nothing !

I'm a lot older than Roy and I could do that shuffle for two or three seconds, IF NOBODY WAS BOTHERING AND PRESSURING ME IN THE RING.

Calzaghe is past his prime by a good measure. He doesn't have many more big nights left and if he wants to retire with his '0' he needs to retire soon.

Tomorrow, he would beat Roy (and Pavlik ).

A year from now, he would beat Roy worse (but probably not Pavlik).

Regarding five years ago, Roy was a heavyweight.

So make it SIX years ago.

In May of 2002, Roy Beats Joe comfortably at 168 or 175. Wide UD or stoppage.
