Who scored Tarver - Jones I for Tarver?

I had Tarver winning 120-108.

Tarver landed the more telling blows in the fight until late when Jones was forced to fight in the last two.

I score for the aggressor who is comming forward making it a fight, Jones laid on the ropes not really wanting to fight as much, while Tarver was also working and scoring the cleaner harder shots.

Jones didnt do that he would through pitty pat shots amatuer style

 

So Jones laying on the ropes blocking shots doesn't count as much as Tarvers ineffective hitting of the gloves.

 

Tarver was landing clean body shots as well while Jones was covered up and choosing not to fight.:good

 

Jones was drained it wasn't Tarver pressing the action.

Tarver landing clean body shots? Are you serious? The best bodywork was by jones by far throughout the whole fight.

Please rewatch the fight and tell me which rounds you gave to Tarver.

You don't score fights evenly you favor aggression as the main factor when you shouldn't. Even when it's ineffective you still favor it.

 

Eze, I know your Anti Tarver, I know your a jones fan based on your Floyd avatar you like those style of fighters nothing wrong with that.
But Tarver did win that fight, no matter what I say I can waste time to draw up a score card you wont agree.

So we are wasting time here discussing this becuase you will never look at this objectively. I have nothing against Roy Jones he has done the HW divison a service in ridding us of Ruiz.
Why would I hate on him? Tarver won that fight IMO

 

I truly believed that Tarver won that fight. I replayed it over and over when it happened. And still to this day, I believe he was robbed against Jones. Never in my life was I so glad to see a KO in recent years, than the rematch, when Tarver ended Jones hurrah.

 

if you show me your scorecard and still have Tarver winning. I don't care. I really want to know what rounds you gave him to have him winning 8.
