    to his credit Kovalev fought everyone and when you do that you get burned out. The resistance to punches goes down which changes the way they fight.

    Who shot Kovalev? Johnny Walker and the Marlborough man. Kovalev not living the life of a dedicated athlete takes a toll. Shortens the career. Drinking and shots to the liver are not compatible.

    Hopkins was a fanatic about his diet and lifestyle. Kovalev....not so much.
