I think he needs a big fight to get name recognition and setup a superfight with Pavlik, but who would give him that kind of recognition?

    Kessler?

Honestly, Kessler would probably keep out of his range and outbox him, so I think he's out of the question.

    Sturm?

    Who?

Really, I can't think of anyone out there that can bring him to the limelight........well except for maybe De La Hoya, but seriously.....not gonna happen.

He should fight his mandatory, Raul Marqez.

It wouldn't be a "superfight" in money terms, so this whole idea of keeping building Abraham up is pointless

You've got one guy that has only just started building a profile in the US, and one who didn't even do huge numbers last time out, infact it did some awful ****

They might as well get it on now.

I think he doesn't. He is already the No.2 middleweight in the world and a fight AA vs. Pav makes perfect sense.

My personal pick would be Sturm, but Marquez is the mandatory. He said that from now on he plans one fight in Germany and one in the US...

Raul Marquez. But i also would like for him to fight sturm and get him out of the picture so the Pavlik fight could be even bigger in unifying all of the belts.

Sturm will rematch the great Randy Griffin in two weeks and then he'll have to face his mandatory Sebastian Sylvester.

Sturm will NEVER fight Pavlik or Abraham.

His mandatory Raul Marquez which I hope is on the same card of Pavlik vs Rubio which can lead to a huge fight between the two in early 2009..

You're absolutely right, Abraham will never be a big enough name to build this fight up to superfight status. Mind as well do the fight right now.

I would absolutely love to see AA and Pavlik both fight their mandatories on the same card in Atlantic City, or Cleveland! Marquez is fine for AA.

Now all of a sudden there is talk of Pavlik/Mora! If Arum is serious, Kelly needs to call Oscar RIGHT NOW!!!

Pay Marquez step aside money and go right into the Pavlik fight. The talks of Pavlik fighting Mora is not even interesting so why not Pavlik and Abraham actually in September. The both blew out their opponents so they could get ready by September.

This would make sense, but in order for it to be for all the marbles in September three sanction bodies (WBC, WBO, and IBF) would have to agree on it. That ain't likely if you ask me.
