Who should Alen Babic fight next?

There's certainly a plethora of chubby british club fighters Babic could feast on before cash-out time.

think bout it Hearn can sign Makhmudov put him in immediately with babic have him steam roll and stop babic in a round 2 max and then get all the shine on the big makh daddy.

The matchroom fan’s would love him as well yeah he’s not got the over the top personality of babic but he’s actually a huge puncher and looks like he eats concrete for breakfast and just generally 30 times the better boxer than babic.

 

They cant seem to get Hughie a fight, maybe this could get him back in the game and let Babic see what hes made of

 

Fabio Wardley but he's too highly rated i guess.

Maybe Helenius, Sokolowski, Gallen, Rudenko type guys. Ya know someone who can actually punch back a little.

Who knows maybe they can pay Eric Molina to fall down again.

 

IMO Makhmudov with some name wins behind him is a very good opponent for a title fight. He has the optics to project as a truly menacing challenger ... which he probably is.

With some time to promote it ... he would capture a lot of interest just as a B side.

How about someone like Molina?

 

He's filling the David Price/Dave Allen role quite nicely - essentially an exciting but limited fighter but in his case there's pretty much a guaranteed KO. That'll get people excited in the undercards as he's fun to watch.

It doesn't matter too much who he fights as I think everyone knows he's not nearly good enough to make a real run at a title. He can keep fighting journeymen and winning by KO and it won't matter really. Eventually it would probably make sense for him to fight another limited yet well known fighter - Price or Allen potentially.

I could also see them eeking out a reason to match him up with Chisora as a cash out type thing.

I like watching Babic fight.

 

Chisora will need some wins against known names and Babic would be a good one. My sister watched his fight on the weekend and it was entertaining but a bit too one-sided.
