Pacquiao defeated 2 pound-for-pound fighters. the answer is obvious.

Or this site could be infested with too many Pacquiao fans. Both of those fighters, if not shot, were at LEAST well softened. I don't see how a GREAT argument couldn't be made for any of the other choices up there.

Pacquiao only fought twice, against what I consider overrated, and close to shot, opposition. Klitschko DOMINATED three tough fighters, most likely without losing a single round, while drawing huge audiences in three countries. Abraham, similarly, dominated his three fights. Ward dominated four opponents, twice as many as Pacquiao, two of them being name guys.

Pacman of course because of the caliber of opposition and don't come at me with that 'shot fighter' bull****. And if Hatton and Cotto looked shot or softened or overrated it's because Manny made them look like that, they weren't considered so prior to the fight.
