Yeah, he should have given gim a rematch, but I'm not trippin about it. I think Lennox was turning the fight around at that point

Ive seen some lists were Lewis is above both Morales & Mayweather.... that IMO is bull**** of the highest order.

    Why ?

Morales fought everyone & became the no1 fighter at one point or another thru 3 weights (122-130), was a top 10 p4per since KOing Zaragoza for the SBW title at age just 21, never lost decisively in his entire prime & was a better fighter than Lewis in a skill sense.

Lewis best wins were a past it Holyfield, shot Tyson & good Vitali.
Morales has a prime Barrera & prime Pacquiao on his list & as said above already never lost to ANYONE in a clear fashion in his prime, Lennox was KO`d twice by men about 6 levels below the level Erik operated on for a decade.

    Duran
    Leonard
    Pacquiao
    Holyfield
    Jones
    Chavez
    Mayweather
    Morales
    Lewis
    Klitschko

I think its a fairly obvious order, though Chavez, Jones, and Holyfield can be switched around a bit.

Lewis ia terribly, terribly overrated on this site.

Where was he even ranked p4p at his best ?... 7th at best I would guess.

Morales has been top 3 p4p in his prime & Mayweather has been no1 since about 2006 (now back & forth with Pac for position 1 & 2 since his comeback) & dont give me the **** about HWs being unfairly treated on p4p lists because Tyson was ranked no1 ahead of Chavez & Whitaker in 89 & Ali finished 2nd to Robinson in the official end of century p4p vote... If your good enough, you`ll get the recognition & Lewis wasnt good enough to be above these guys, its that simple !

I gotta go wit Chavez cuz that's who I grew up seein fight and was an absolute beast in my eyes. Plus I ain't gonna lie, I'm a lil biased cuz I'm Mexican too but thats my opinion. :)

Heavyweights always get a bum deal in those p4p lists, simply because they can only ever be a one weight champion.

Holy was top 3 or 4 coming into the first Lewis bout Im fairly certain..So depending on how you saw that bout play out, Lennox may well have an argument for being within the top5 at the time . And it really depends how much credibility you think those lists have, cause I dont really and never have. They are heavily bias to popular and especially American fighters.

No way Lewis is above Mayweather...He could be argued over Morales however if you were that way inclined. And I dont think it would be overrating him if you were..though I generally do agree LL is a bit overrated on da Eastside.
