Who Should Be Remembered As The Greater Fighter, Dick Tiger Or Joe Calzaghe?

this is KINDA desperate you have to admit. the dick tiger vs joe calzaghe questions is silly but you guys don't really seem to be answering it, instead of bringing up andre ward (for no apparent reason) and avoiding the topic.

andre ward has done pretty damn well in his career so far and who knows where he'll end up. we know where tiger ended up and where calzaghe ended up and from that, we can honestly say tiger rates higher

 

Wards had two fights "at home" Let me know when he gets to half the number Joe fought at home in a row. Also let me know when he starts "defending" his title against limo drivers, doormen, and 154 pound journeyman.

Tiger is one of hundreds of fighters with a better track record than Joe.

 

Everyone knows that about Tiger tho so pointless even answering. This was just another one of the many threads designed to bring calzaghe down a peg or two. As to Ward reference well more annoyance at the unbeleiveable overhype and double standards being used on him atm. The conenction to the thread is the fact how people refer to calzaghe as a regional fighter who dare not leave his own backyard, yet then in the other 10000000000000 ward threads they overlook the same quality in him.

 

this i agree with. it's definitely an odd thread and one that's just designed to hate on calzaghe and bait his fans. they were vastly different fighters, in differents eras, in different weight classes with really nothing to compare them other than both being in the top 100 and maybe being close on the lsit

 

I just bite easy when i see double standards its my big weakness lol. As ive said before i actually prefer Froch to Calzaghe so im not some Calzaghe fanatic defender.
