He needs room for improvement? He is a "World Champion" in the same division as guys like Robinson, Hearns, Leonard, Duran, DeLahoya, Mosely, Mayweather, et. His developmental days are ****ing over! If he can't run with the big dogs, he should have stayed on the porch with the puppies!!

Bradley. Berto should be at 140.

But you said it earlier yourself.

Him having a belt doesn't mean much. In the minds of the fans he is no champion.

Nope -- he is not an authentic world champion, and that is exactly why someone should take that title away from him. I've been a boxing fan long enough to have argued over Clay/Liston on the school bus, and all these untested, unproven kids running around with "world titles" irritates the **** out of me.

dawson would make a move of fighting someone from way back...when the well is dry.

berto is not going to look back and rematch... it don't make sence for him if he didn't plan to do so right after the fight.

he's a nice guy so he won't call nobody out...but i'm sure he's on some peoples radar.
    he's beatable.

I don't think mayweather would ever give him the time of day.

True boxing fans knows he ain't a real champion but since he thinks he's "the" champion then he needs to act like a champion and fight a real fighter. I admit i was impressed the way he stop Quintana. <<<I knew if Berto stays in close he'll win cause if he stays on the outside alot of times, Quintana would have won but props to Berto. <<Thats is Berto biggest win. <<So in that sense he needs to fight another real fighter.

He would if he wants some easy work.

Floyd would beat Berto like a $10 hooker.

    Agreed.

What are you talking about. He won when he began landed punches from a distance. When on the inside Quintana smothered him and hit him often with head and body shots. Berto should have kept his distance from round 1 and 'push' him off, he would have finished him a lot earlier.

Im surprised that no one has brought this up yet. He did a good getting Berto as far as he did but Berto needs a trainer that can take him to that higher step.

Cotto, great test! why all the hate for Berto? he is in the toughest division in boxing young and has a belt. I want to see him fully develop and be the best he can be . . . he has some great tools to work with, could use a better corner though.
