I'd like to see what Presott really has to offer. It's pretty hard to judge a guy on 54 seconds with an over-hyped prospect. How would he do against these fighters?

    Kid Diamond
    Edner cherry
    Miguel Huerta

I'd love to see him upend Kid Diamond. He could wreck another overhyped fighter with defensive vulnerabilities.

I'd like him to go vs David Diaz to see if he really has power

Well -- personally I'm still pissed about the Diamond/Huerta decision. I was rooting for Diamond in that fight, but if there's anything worse than seeing your guy get robbed, it's seeing him get a bogus decision.

He's coming off a big win, Katsidis is coming off a big loss.

Any chance of matching those two up?

I'd like to see him against a decent boxer, but none of the top guys as he'll just be completely exposed and out of his depth.

He struggled with the Cuban prior to Khan, by all accounts. He was poor at cutting off the distance, plodding, and his skills were lacking despite having the power to back him up.

So a well schooled fighter that isn't a glass jawed fraud would be nice.

I somewhat agree. That's why I mentioned the 3 guys I mentioned. They're not top guys, but they aren't getting knocked the **** out in 54 seconds either! Prescott would probably have to work his ass off to beat any of them. They'd all be good tests.

Is that sarcasm, or do you actually rate Peterson highly?

Prescott should fight whoever offers him the most money to fight next. He's one-and-done anyway. He doesn't have nearly the talent of Zuniga. More like Epifanio Mendoza.

the thing is most fighters that emerge from countries such as columbia don't have the greatest of boxing abilities, i see him as a calm version of ricardo mayorga. he has power in both hands and would hurt any fighter, but boxing ability will let him down.

he would be a tough fight for anyone and i think he will become a multi divsion champion.

    Let's be honest.

    Manny Pacquiao
    Nate Campbell
    Joan Guzman
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Juan Diaz
    Yuri Romanov
    Julio Diaz
    Ali Funeka
    Michael Katsidis
    Jesus Chavez
    Fernando Angulo
    Zahir Raheem
    Jose Santa Cruz
    Humberto Soto
    Urbano Antillon

I think at least all those fighters would beat Prescott, you could add David Diaz and Edner Cherry comfortably onto that list aswell.

The guy is far from world-class just because he sparked a glass jawed fraud.

    Exactly what I was thinking,

Katsidis has been in with top guys, but has shown a vunderable chin. And he didn't look quiet the same against Diaz. Prescott has a chance to KO a top ranked guy, if he did. Then maybe he could look forward to a title shot some time!
