Keith Thurman, Danny Garcia or Lucas Matthysse.

Keith Thurman is his mandatory, so won't be long until we see Adrien on the floor :deal

I could even have added Porter, Alexander, Rios, Alvarado, Guerrero

thats 15 fighters at least who are better than Maidana

I think Maidana is the perfect opponent for Broner.
More dangerous as Malignaggy, but not a total mismatch as one of the top level WW's would be.
Just at a level good enough to give him a beating the judges can't repair anymore.

Facing a tough Maidana at a weight he has only fought once at (and didnt look great) is cherry picking?

I think Maidana is a good choice of opponent.

It wasn't a choice, broner had to fight Maidana. This fight was ordered from the WBA, it was fight Maidana or vacate. Some of you on here are dense.

Maidana is a good test for Broner, win or lose Broner is in for a hard nights work.

This time last year nobody would of expected Broner to be fighting Maidana now.

The hate on these boards are ridiculous. Maidana is a solid opponent for most at WW, esp. coming off three wins. This is Broner's second fight at WW. Its a solid match-up and gives Broner a complete different opponent than his last.

Broner is young and the division is red hot and not changing. This fight will build a bigger fight against Thurman hopefully.

Its a decent match up, bigger fights at welter but maidana is no bum. I like the sound if Broner - Bradley.

Well, Broner will be thinking "any of the above! :-( :!:" if he gets KTFO by Maidana. :yep :deal

Most of those would be larger paydays for the same result.

Broner is not cherry picking. Right now he's still on the come up. Broner is taking it step by step and Maidana is just another step. Bigger stepping stones are going to come.

No one is calling this a cherry pick. There is a very good chance Broner will be ktfo this saturday.
