Should Conor come back? If he did who should he choose a warm up for a rematch v Khabib or some other champ?

It doesn't seem like he has his head screwed on right. I get the feeling we're going to see him continue to waste precious time with stupid antics outside the cage. In ten or twenty years we'll see him doing interviews where he laments how fame and money worked him over harder than any opponent did.

If I thought he was totally focused on reclaiming his old form, I'd like to see the rubber match with Nate. It would do huge business and the risk vs. reward would be a lot more favorable than a rematch with Khabib. He'd be favored against Nate while a Khabib rematch is a LOT more daunting.

But is he dialed in enough to cope with 5 rounds of hell with Nate? There's a good chance he isn't.

I'm sure Ferguson and his 12 fight win streak would happily welcome him back but it's not exactly a warm up fight.

Realistically, he should be looking at someone in the LW top 5. Cowboy, Gaethje or even Iaquinta.
