Who should Cotto fight next?

This is one where I have to think like a manager or promoter rather than a fan. Cotto got physically, emotionaly, and spiritually battered in his loss to Tony. He needs a come back fight against a low risk opponent. I voted for Baldomir.

Baldo so he can win the lineal title and be named the best WW ever he already beat Zab so that puts him in the top 10 all time as a fighter oh wait is this Cotto or Floyd?

Clottey and Williams should be removed from the poll, both are scheduled to fight and aren't tune-up material, especially Williams.

Baldomir seems to be the best pick to imitate Margarito but with less power and stamina, I think he would be a very good come-back fight. Cintron isn't that bad either.

 

I really think Cotto should fight Williams. Cotto can box and bang. Cotto's defense is very underrated, and so are his boxing skills from reading some of your guys words. If Quintana was able to outbox Williams, what do you think Cotto will do? Williams' body is too skinny and Cotto will bang it all night. I will get flack from some for writing this, but I am more certain about this fight, than any other fight for Cotto. Cotto should fight Williams as soon as he can!

Maybe so but not next, what Cotto needs next is a tune-up type of opponent and Williams is anything but that.

 

If Quintana can out box Williams Cotto should do it easily but the KO on Quinatan might worry Cotto but if Cotto makes it out of the 1st 3 rounds ok hell beat PW easy
