I would like to see him in against Lamon Brewster (providing he wins his next fight) or even a Monte Barrett.

    The reason?

Both fighters will give their all and not just turn up for the pay check, and both are top 15 heavyweights.

Both can punch and both have good recuperative abilities, plus they have been in with all the top quality heavyweights in the division today.

Out of the list given the only objections for me would be Golota and Williams, based on their current form i couldnt see any of these two fights being competitive.

David Haye fighting a Golota,Williams or Maskaev and blowing them away would not prove anything in my eyes. He needs a 60/40, 50/50 fight to see where he truly stands in the division.

You're an imbecile if you think Minto is not a "well respected fighter."

Minto would send Haye back to slavery.

I'm old-fashioned, he should fight Danny for the Lonsdale first!

If Vitali wins, does it mean that Haye will perhaps take on both klitschko brothers?

    *Not at once obviously* :D

i think a lot of people are overlooking danny williams.i think he would be a good test for Haye.he has good experience in the ring and if the right danny williams turns up ,he could have just enough to push haye.

    WTF? this is embarassing.

Man, I can understand why Macca's fans are having a hard time recovering from this fight, it really was some MAJOR ASS KICKING!!!!

C'mon, you gotta be Macca himself or someone really close to him for bringing that up again.

This is what Macca should do to get another shot at Haye. First unify the CW division, at least three belts, then move up to HW and beat a couple of top guys to get to a position where Haye would not be able to ignore him anymore. That's at least 5 fights.

Only that I really can't see him going farther than halfway.

I would not mind him fighting Travis Walker. I like what I have heard about the bloke and it could serve up a treat. Walker will not bother Haye in the skill department but the bloke has good power and is currently better than the host of shot fighters that have been mentioned such as Rahman.

I made the list from guys who are clear to fight on that date and who would be willing to take on the job. I would be amazed and very disapointed if he went for a fighter not mentioned.

Thankfully old bum Danny Williams is a definate no-no.
