This rematch is a joke and if Dawson should be fighting a rematch it should be against Glen Johnson.

Now assuming Dawson wins, what is the next step?

Johnson then Calslappy - that's if Slappy Joe chooses to fight Dawson.

I like Cloud but don't you think he needs a little more seasoning before getting in the ring with Dawson?

Cloud is a beast, and he just stopped Gonzalez, which speaks volumes about his power. And he's ranked number #1 by the IBF. So, I think he's earned a shot.

:lol::lol:. Man, he justy stopped an older Gonzalez. And Gonzalez is no one special, he lost all his big fights. Tavaris is no where near being ready to fight a guy like Dawson. Dawson is only getting better as you can see, and he's leagues ahead of Tavaris. You think Cloud is just gonna come out and KO Dawson? :patsch

    Joe Calzaghe

    Glen Johnson II

    Jermain Taylor / Mikkel Kessler

Not calzaghe or kessler as dawson needs to prove himself in europe and stop fighting in his own country before he takes on Europe's elite who will easily beat him.

:lol: Guys like Inkin & Hauser right?

You fool, the elite fighters come to the US to fight, not the other way around. And who the hell has Kessler beat to be elit, Hauser? :rofl

hmm...Johnson i guess, noone else to really fight, he's stuck in a pretty lame division right about now, and seeing as he's already stated he wants to fight Joe or Hopkins, and neither of them seem to have any intent on fighting him, he's stuck with fight rematches or people who are only mere contenders in comparison, hopefully some of the guys from 168 will move up to 175 in the near future, since they have talent to spare

Dawson v Tarver III is the match the world will be clamouring for, clearly.

After Tarver knocks him out, Dawson should probablly push for a rubber match.

He should rematch Johnson first off. If there is no big fight for him at 175 he should look to unify. He did say after the Johnson fight though he could go down to 168 though and there is some big fights for him there.

There is no way in hell Dawson is going to step in the ring with Johnson again.

He should call out Calzaghe as i think he can beat him.
