Who should De La Hoya's farewell fight be against?

    Please vote, and discuss...

If I was Oscar, I'd fight Hatton because they would get 100,000 at it in London, and crucially, I think Oscar would win (I don't think he would beat the Cotto-Margarito winner)

As a fan, I'd love to see him beat Trinidad in his last fight, but probably the Pacquiao fight would be the best spectacle. I was against the idea when I first heard it because of the size issue, but if Freddie Roach thinks Manny can KO Oscar, who am I to rule it out?

I think de la hoya will prove all the doubters wrong with a win over cotto.

Most obvious choice is the winner of Margarito/Cotto!

I agree, to come back with his shield or on it.

I've been a fan of his since we were both teens and this would make me proud. Speaking sincerely. :good

I like most of the poll options, but I think the following people should NOT be in consideration for his farewell fight:

    Mora
    Forrest
    Williams
    Pacquiao

Honestly, I wonder if the boxing world has gone crazy now that DLH v. Pacquiao is a distinct possibility. When De La Hoya knocks him out in the first half of that fight, what does that prove?

The only fight for Oscar is the winner of Cotto/Margarito. Coming back to welterweight to challenge the top fighter in the division can only add to the Golden Boy's legacy.

winner of cotto-margo will be a big fight

JCC jr. even if jr. loses nobody would criticize him as he's still young and green, didn't had an amateur career. This would be the biggest fight imo

Well read. Why waste money (and money not made when coulda been made is wasted money, Folks) on some ______ that he's already (truth be known) beatin' back in 99.? Fight Hatton for the more money. Who's ****in' with me?!
