    OK, now that 2 time Olympic Gold medalist Guillermo Rigondeaux has won the WBA Title in just his 9th pro fight, almost everyone is talking about a mega fight between Rigondeaux and Donaire. After Donaire gets past Vazquez Jr ( if he does ), who do you want him to face next?

    Arce makes the most sense.
    Arce, Nishioka and Rigondeaux. If he could get all 3 of them he would definitely go down as a great fighter.

    Personally ,

    For his own sake , id like to see him drop back to Bantam , he has a number of options there which are very appealing

    What will happen is fairly obvious ..................

    Should he beat Vazquez he'll fight Arce , its absolutley nailed on :deal

    " Rigondeaux is now looking to get a fight against Donaire and is hoping he can get the Filipino star to fight him in 2012. Donaire is facing Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. on February 4th or the vacant WBO bantamweight title at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas "

    " Donaire was asked recently if he’d like to fight Rigondeaux and he wasn’t too thrilled with the idea, preferring to fight Jorge Arce, the WBO bantamweight champion, and then WBC super bantamweight champion Toshiaki Nishioka after that "

    Rigo's 31 now I believe so maybe Arce and Nishioka first to let that fight brew a bit while Rigondeaux develops a higher profile. Hopefully this takes a maximum of 1 year or so otherwise I'll prefer it sooner before the other two

    Its this attitude that allowed Bob Arum to rob us of one of the most sought after Featherweight fights of the modern era

    Gamboa vs Lopez

    This fight needs to happen , 2 of the best fighters (in the world maybe P4P in time) , holding world title's , in the same weight class (presuming Donaire beats Vazquez Jr) , the concept is simple , you bill Donaire as the star , if he beats Rigo then he truly is a star , more realistic IMO he gets KO'd and Rigo is your new star , and Donaire re builds , simple as that

    I'll be ticked if its Arce. Donaire would just beat him down. Too young, fast and strong for Arce. It'd be a massacre. But, my guess would be that is the fight Arum will look to make.

    I'd love to see him fight Gamboa. That would be the dream opponent for me.

    I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Rigondeaux. But, with Rigondeaux you never know if he will come to fight or not. And Donaire likes to counterpunch too. Could be a stinker.

    Given all the above, I guess I'm hoping for a fight with Nishioka.

    Call me crazy but I feel you guys are overlooking vazquez jr based on the arce fight, he might give nonito hell.

    :yep you think it will be easy? I like donaire more so I hope so, I just feel people expect to much, everyone seems to think he will rip trough 122-130 easily.
