He's already ranked #41 on boxrec, higher than world ranked Fujimoto or Rivas, as well as tough veterans like Johnson, Ustinov, Price and Kauffman. So being 4-0 and rising through the rankings so fast, who should Filip Hrgovic fight next? A higher ranked fighter? A tough veteran? A regional belt holder? Another prospect? Or simply put on the brakes?
Saureland Bros must be paying more coin than Fwank. I think he will get a rec top 40 name if they want to upscale him again. Needs more gym bulk though.
Id start down the tough veteran route for his next few fights, get some experience against guys who have been around a long time and will push him in subtle ways before jumping in the deep end. He was getting clipped by a left hook from a very short guy in his last fight, still a few things to improve and work on. Starting off with the relatively safe Gonzalo Omar Basile. Been around a long time, strong record albeit against weak opposition, not a big puncher, old and has never beaten someone he isn't supposed to. Yet still big and tough enough to show a guy 4-0 a few things. Then move onto maybe Sprott or Rossy, before getting in with the tough veterans who will go 10/12, Johnson, Kauffman, Kassi etc..
Last win may not have been quite as convincing as one would hope - I'd imagine a bit of a let off the gas may be a good idea at this point and get a tough but winnable challenge. Fred Kassi or someone like that. That could happen sooner and more brutally than someone else beating someone on his resume
