Who should Floyd have fought to improve his legacy? Prime Cotto? Pacquiao?

Non biased opinion: Pacquiao. Prime cotto thing is a joke. Cotto is 4 years younger than floyd. He would always be prime compared to a fighter older than him.

Hater opinion : Roy jones, Calzagie, Ward, GGG, Klitchko, Froch, Tyson.............

Floyd can't force some of these fights to happen. You see as soon as Cotto left Arum, he was able to get a Mayweather fight

You are sooooo full of it!!! Cotto had 2 losses when he faced Floyd. Just like someone else said as soon as Cotto left Arum he got the fight.
    Just another hater taking trash.

No he agreed to fight him because he left Arum notice the pattern here? If you're not with Top Rank the fight gets made.:deal Also while both were with Top Rank Arum wouldn't put Cotto within three time zones of PBF:deal

    Pacquiao is the main one..

Would have been nice to see him fight prime Margarito too.

Cotto when both were unbeaten welterweight champions and could have unified for mega bucks.

If he said "Miguel, just buy out your Damn contract like I did and we'll more than recoup every cent" it could've happened...

He could have fought the Casamayor & Freitas at 130 when they where both unbeaten, he also missed Tszyu at 140 while he was still champion & obviously pacman at 147.

Im not sure about Cotto & Moseley as there stories out there that he offered to fight Cotto whilst he was still under the Top Rank banner & Bob Arum refused as Cotto wasnt ready & we've all heard about Moseley not taking the fight because of tooth ache

There is some merit to Cepillo and Popo in that he could have tracked down either or both and greatly enhanced his legacy being the one to claim their zeroes. I wouldn't call either a duck, though.

Tszyu is a fantasy match for us fans that was simply doomed to never be. They fought on HBO and Showtime respectively which made for more of a sticky mess than even the Mayweather vs. Arum beef.
