you're kidding yourself if you think the reason floyd didn't fight pac was because he thought pac might be using PED.

Prime Cotto
Prime Pac
Prime Margarito
Prime Williams

That is a who's who of the major guys at welterweight during Mayweathers era.... Im not saying that its Mayweathers fault that these fights didn't happen, but what Im saying is, there aren't too many great fighters who have so many of the top guys in their era not on their record.

Give me a time frame as to when each fight could have happen. And only two of those fighters are great fighters that could move him up Atg spots.
