As for the OP.....Ustinovs been kicked back so many times it's become one of the biggest blacklist jobs in the sport Ive seen.
Also, Fedosov would be a good test if he's gonna end up fight Potvetkin down the line.

Jennings would be a solid comeback fight, and without the worry of Fury getting starched in his comeback.

 

The decrease in purse was fairly substantial for Fury without Chisora across from him.

This is was cut almost 30%.
Too much risk to fight a completely different fighter on 24 hrs notice.
