At age 41 Andrew Golota is back in training after rehabilitating his torn tendons. Who should he face next?
With all of these 40-something year olds still fighting, They should just do a seniors circuit. Set it up like the super six... Golota, McCall, Holyfield, Toney, Maskaev, Seldon
Chambers, that would be a good fight and the best way to secure a fight with Wladimir. Think it's safe to say Golota would never beat either Klitschkos for major titles, I would pick him over Valuev but get robbed.
Danny Williams needs revenge from the Pole who roughed him up and knocked him out last time. Matt Skelton needs a comeback fight after being knocked out. Audley needs a big fight. Golota needs a comeback from his injury. So, pretty much it make sense for Golota to fight a British Hw.
is the proposed adamek fight off then? (sorry if that's old news). rematch austin. show that he'd have beaten him without the injury and show he can survive an early onslaught again. if he can't handle austin then what is the point of coming back again (not that there's too much of a point anyway)?
Don't think Golota has it anymore; his speed and power seem gone these days. His best options is against Adamek....that could be a big $ fight and Golota might have a small chance to pull off the victory. I know Adamek has expressed interest in that fight.
