Who should HBO send in to the ring to do the post-fight interviews?

Since a large majority of you didn't like Merchant's post-fight interview, do you want to see Kellerman instead?

Larry Merchant to keep things gangsta. Max would want to cut interviews short once they get heated. Lennox? has he even been a ring since he retired?

    Larry's great.

Max's getting better, but I still sometimes want to punch him.

Just don't send Kellerman to interview Pacquiao. The guy doesn't know how to limit his vocabulary when interviewing a guy who barely speaks English.

This. He was talking to the translator of Lucian Bute like an English Professor.

Out of the provided choices, I'd say Merchant.

I however would one day like to see how Roy would do in that capacity.

It is unbelievable, but that clown Merchant is the best HBO has. Kellerman is coming along, but still needs some time.

You know who I would REALLY like to see do it? Shannon Briggs. He is a fighter so "gets it" and he hasn't taken too much punishment where he would find it hard to interview. (I hope.)

    I pick Merchant. He's great.
Lewis would be good, because the fighters would respect the champ. They'd have to coach him on how to get the good questions.
Kellerman is usually pretty awful; especially at the post fight interviews.

Brigg's is still, to some extent, an active fighter. It wouldn't be appropriate

I completely agree, but honestly Briggs should hang them up. I honestly think he would with the stability of a broadcasting position.

However "stability" is a relative word when you are talking HBO and the divas they have. I am sure there is a specific reason why all new blood is gone so quickly.
