He should definitely go back down to 135lbs and fight Valero for the WBC belt. He looks like he is carrying around 10lbs of fat at the weighin of Diaz/Malignaggi. Juan's power will have even less impact against opponents at 140. He landed over two dozen left hooks to JMM's head and couldn't take the guy out. There's no way he should be fighting above 135lbs with his powder puff punches. Guys like Maidana and Ortiz would level him at 140.

Anyway, you're a UK resident. You going to the Froch fight?

    Valero.

If he fails to win again. He's nothing but HYPE!

"L" from PAPA nate and JMM. Then Malignaggi?! = ruined career!

I like to watch fights on telly as I dont like to miss a punch from some drunk **** coming in the way, also cant spend 100's of pounds for a ringside seats, and dont want any cheap stands seat also were you cant see ****.

BTW if you ask if i have been to any Khan fights the answer is also no.

    :deal

you're right uli. someone with 2 losses on their resume is hype.:-( They need to look at some of their own fighters before making that comment.

And why are they on this thread? Diaz is not on pac's radar. Hasn't been since he didn't fight him at 135.

I got prety decent seats for £50. Fairly close (no outer ringside seats on my side).

Definitely worth £50 just for the occassion. I'll watch it on telly later but nothing like being there live. Especially with a fighter like Froch. Should be a good card too. Heard Darren Barker is fighting on it.

Thinking about it, it's a good time to be Juan Diaz.

He has a taylor-made opponent in front of him who is not too bad.

After he beats Paulie, he can rematch Campbell, who seems to have lost a step. HE should pound out a decision win there.

In the meantime, JMM may get KTFO by Pretty Boy Floyd, and if that happens, he can pounce on JMM and avenge both of his losses inside the year, which would be pretty cool.

If he stays at JWW, go for a belt, probably Khan. If he goes back to LW, go for 1 of the Funeka or whoever has the IBF.

Id love to see him fight Campbell agian. Diaz was dominating until he got cut and that was basically the great moment of Campbells career he was a gatekeeper for years and getting his ass kicked until his opponet got cut and the blood was going in his eyes. Kinda ironic that Campbell had a somewhat similar thing happen.

you did not reply on my comments. you replied regarding my nationality.:nut

Like I said Loss to Papa NATE, JMM and a loss to malignaggi = ruined career UNLESS you want me to say... Loss to Papa Nate, JMM and Malignaggi = GREAT career! :rofl:rofl:rofl

Wether Juan D wins or gets another "L" doesn't really matter to me.
