I think Lacy would fight anyone. It's not a smart move for him but guys like Lacy and Kessler are game to fight anyone.

My guess it that Lacy is setting his sights for 175 too...he just doesn't have the speed anymore...he should fare better against the have-been NAMES at 175...:good

Lacy, because it would get his respect and popularity back where it belongs. If Calzaghe vacates, he should go after everyone at 168, including the winner of Taylor-Pavlik.

A bout with Clinton Woods would be a good one to seek as well.

Well the Wright fight really would make sense marketable wise on the undercard of Hopkins-Calzaghe... Both men trying too redeem themself after loses, an american / european theme...

I said after the Calzaghe fight that Lacy had tough decisions to make: either he shifts lots of muscle mass and work on his speed and timing or move up a weight division. I think the door is closing on Jeff on both counts. He would be very short for a LHW so tall guys like Dawson, Woods would happily box him at range all night.

Well if the money is right, why not?

But that may be THE problem in making this fight on the undercard of Hopkins - Calzaghe. Not two cheap guys!

The chief support would be against a Calzaghe stable mate. Probably Maccarinelli. Although GBP would probably want him in a competitive fight so scrap that idea.

I'm not sure how much rebuilding he is capable of...Tarver is all well and good, but once you go Tarver, you truly have your back towards the peak of your career, for Tarver is shot. :(

Did we not agree you would not carry on like this anymore?

Kessler would probably beat all of the above-mentioned. For that reason, I believe that only Lacy (out of the four mentioned) would be willing to face him.

The other three are part of what some posters term the 'circle-jerk' or 'senior circuit' who will only fight each other because they can only look good against each other.
