Who should Kevin Mitchell fight next ?

i voted katsidis, but not sure if that should the the next fight or if he should go against another decent pressure fighter type first...

 

Funny how Mitchell is now 'past the domestic' scene, yet people were still banging on about Khan having to prove himself at a domestic level.. I think Kev has a good few options now, Id like to see him against Murray.. but doubtful that would materialise.... some good fights to be made either way.

 

Eh, Limmond was offered pennies to fight him, Frank just giving it the big "we offered him the fight and he said no" shite. Give him decent money and Limond will spank Mitchell. But Frank doesnt really want the fight, does he???

Utter pish. Limond knows it will be a hard fight, and why should he take shite money for a hard fight. Give him the money and let the fight take place. If Frank was so confident,he would give Limond the money and get a good name on Mitchells record. You could offer Pacman a tenner to fight him, he would turn it down, does that make Pacman a bottler?

 

what your forgetting mate is kevin mitchell was supposed to be fighting burns at SFW and it was he who couldnt make the weight not burns,the point im making is kevin had been training for weeks for burns when he got word of the brescott fight,unlike willie limond who got 3 weeks hardly fair is it,kevin boxed a clever fight in newcastle against an big punching but ordinary fighter who was one dimentional.burns would have been a totally nightmare had they boxed.

 

yeah but i'm sure burns would happily step up in weight right? they should make the burns vs mitchell fight for feb.

 

I forgot about that bogus title shot. Burns is fearless when it comes to domestic opponents and it might be a good payday. He'd certainly get good publicity from it.

 

Burns would tie Mitchell inside out, easily. And why would Burns want to move up to fight Mitchell, it wasnt Ricky who said the weight was a problem, or did he just want to avoid Burns cause he knows he was getting pumped.:yep

 

he was outgrowing his weight besides he won the british title , why struggle to boil down when as we all know its better to move up a weight, prob looked at it burns, or prestcott knowing its a good scalp... bring on katsides.....
