Khan gets a whole lot of critism on this site. Who should he fight on route to a title shot to convince the doubters ?

    YURI ROMANOV
    ZAHIR RAHEEM
    ANTHONY PETERSON
    NATE CAMPBELL
    JOHN THAXTON ?

Katsidis after he has finished his domestic business with Thaxton. I strongly suspect neither fight will happen though.

I like Kahn and want to see him do well , he has the tools, but he needs to step up and fight in the top 10 - 15 of the division. Is'nt Katsidis the WBO ' interim champ? , not sure whats going on there....

Katsidis is the ideal fight for him. but he isnt very for a world title shot, he should be cleaning up domesticly first, Thaxton and Romanvov are the best fights for him.

the reason why some brits feel he is a joke is becuase he hasnt beaten the top brit or euro lightwieghts.
thaxton and murrey are left in the domestic division. in the euro there are romanov and malero

the problem is that he has silently cleaned out the division while fwank makes big shows of him fighting complete bums.

fghting in america would be sweet maybe on the undercard of the calzaghe fight.
fighting some tough mexican journeyman i think will be very good experience.

actually to be honest there was a poll out where someone said
    1) do you really want amir to koed
    2) do you want him to be succesful

about 85% had voted for 2.

In another thread I cited Jesus Chavez as a possible opponent for Khan. He's fought at the highest level, can hit but is now on the slide so would be a good time for Khan to fight him. A win over him would still look good on his record.

Well I think Kahn is satisfied beating every limey club fighter out there as opposed to stepping up his game against Peterson or Campbell

90% of peterson`s 26 opponents had rigour mortis and the other 10% needed zimmer frames to get to the ring.

but of course everyone is going to want to fight khan because that is where the money is.

I'd like to see Khan take the traditional route of winning the British title (not neccessarily outright) and then fight Romanov for the European crown

I think that's about where he is right now. If that fight with Thaxton really can't be made get on with fighting Romanov, there is nobody worth waiting for on the domestic scene

Khan is out of control outside the ring - he is going to get KOd within the next 5 fights

He should fight someone with double digit KO's in his record instead of powder puff fisted fighters
