    Fair enough!

IMO he beat them all exept Ward 50/50!

Froch and AA are made for Bute! Direll don't have the power to hurt Bute and don't have a judge friendly style! Kessler is past is best! but i'm no expert!

    You ****ing ignorant SOB.

he did not lose like a *****. He was out boxed most of The Fight and made bad foul and got Disqualified. That was a REAL Fight between TWO REAL SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHTS.

Abraham never got knocked the **** out by journeyman guys like Andrade and got gift of His Glass Jawed Career by getting WIN despite being Knocked out.
And guys he keeps Fighting...:rofl Guys who couldnt compete at Teh contender.. Jesus Christ.

Bute has a shot at beating all of those guys and the same can be said about them beating Bute. This is boxing. There is no absolute here.

    I can agree with that.
One of the reasons it's so difficult to get that Super Middleweight ranking sorted out, is that the fighters at the top are so evenly matched, and also so very, very different.
It's like a complex rock-paper-scissors situation. I thought Dirrell really dominated Abraham for almost the entire fight, but he had a harder time against Froch, who (I think) will lose to Abraham. Ward annihilated Kessler, But I really don't think he'd be able to bully Froch the same way, even though Froch lost to Kessler... yeah... it's complex.

But I think we'll have a clearer picture of this division after the Super Six dust has settled and, hopefully, Bute has had a chance to square off against (at least) one of the tournament's participants.
If Bute was to beat one of them, which is entirely possible, I'd have no problem putting him right at the top beside Ward.

    - Well, not Green. Beating Green means nothing.

if Bika shows up motivated and in great shape and meets an overconfident Ward, Ward could get in trouble; i think Ward rushed a little in choosing on such a short notice an opponent like Bika (he needed another month or so to prepare; thou the same goes for Bika) cause i think that Bika might have a small edge in terms of styles; of course, if Ward stays on the outside we will see him win by a wide UD, but at medium distance those overlooped wide hooks that Bika throws may put Ward down; anyway it'll be an ugly fight with lots of headbutts (southpaw vs orthodox) , i'm afraid it will end Ward UD by technical decision, or worse, a second consecutive DQ, Bika. as a boxing fan i'd always prefer Bika in delicious wars against the likes of Andrade, Pavlik, Froch or Abraham.

i'm also a Bute fan, and i would like to see him fight the 3 fights he promised he'll have in 2011 but against top competition, i'll root for him even if he loses.for now, he is very attached to his belt and that's why he's very reluctant and hesitant in taking the big fights fearing a little that he might lose the upper hand (home town, his team impossing the conditions); and i know he wants the big fights. as a fan, it's a paradox, but if he loses that belt he'll be free from this procrastinating stress and more readily to take the real challenges without dwelling on them.

No, laffie, I don't mean Dawson post-Pascal, if he had won; I mean Dawson pre-Pascal - Dawson was looking for a fight against Bute at catchweight and Bute wasn't interested!

Apart from Pascal, Dawson AND Hopkins, at LHW Bute could have fought Glen Johnson. Even he is better than Brinkley or Mendy.
