    He's still the lightweight champion.

I say if he decides to fight on, A Diaz rematch is next for him.
It stay's withing the GB fam + it help's out one of their own. (In-house)

    Win win! for GBP.
    (Oh yeah @ 140lbs)

He should fight Nate campbell at 140 it may hurt him to jump straight back down to 135

    Ricky Hatton

Makes a lot of sense for both of them

Marquez is at the stage now where he only wants big paydays, and you're not getting a bigger payday than Ricky Hatton

Its a good fight for Hatton as well as he naturally has the size and doesnt have to worry about a hard puncher

    Perfect fight for both guys

Khan would also be a good one financially.

I would like to see him retire.

If he doesn't, I'd like to see him fight Katsidis. I reckon Marquez would stop him and he's a hot property right now.

Would be a good fight, But If Cotto does to Pac what I anticipate he will, I think we are talking about Pacquaio they way some are talking about Marquez. (Retirement talk)

No. At this stage in their careers, Pac has too much on JMM at anything over 135, and no way would pac agree to the fight there. It would be a mismatch, why should Marquez damage his legacy with pac by puting himself in a fight he'd likely get blown out in a few rounds?

    Hatton
    Valero
    Campbell
    Diaz

    IMO all are good matchups

Hatton would make the most sense financially. After that, JMM should retire.
