Who should Mayweather have fought post-Castillo?

Would have liked to see him against Casamayor, Tzsyu, Cotto and Margo.

 

in addition to Mosley while he was younger.

Floyd never ducked nobody, maybe one fighter who he should have fought in cotto but uncle bob wouldnt let them fight due to cotto being green but in media created cotto as the bogeyman who would dethrone lil floyd.

I don't get this thing with Shane's teeth? Shane was certainly the most obvious opponent for Floyd to fight after Shane's performance against Vargas, but it was clear Floyd was going to get his shot at Oscar even if Oscar was undeserving of fighting the best fighter in the world at the time. Simple fact is Shane wouldn't have got the fight if he said "yeah I want to fight Floyd." Oscar > everybody for putting money in your pocket.

I would love to have seen Floyd vs Tszyu or Casamayor.

 

I like how there are few responses. It shows people can talk game, but when they have to back it up (in the form of a post), they have no answers. The ONLY guys whom one could say Floyd should have fought/"ducked" are Casamayor, Tszyu, Mosley, Cotto, and Margarito. Mosley would be tough to count, as Mosley did do the initial ducking when he was lightweight champ and Floyd was making noise and because Floyd did eventually lace up and fight him. And it's not like Floyd never called out guys after fights. He routinely made it known he wanted a fight with Prince Naseem and Tszyu.

 

Both Freitas and Casamayor wouldn't fight him at 130. He called them both out after the Corrales fight. Seriously, it's a miracle he got anyone to fight him after that performance. People always claim that Floyd ducked everyone, when it's mostly the other way around.

 

Tszyu 140 all the way!!!!...

 

Especially a prime Cotto. With that fight alone he would of gotten alot of people's respect and that was the fight most wanted back then. It was a pickem fight back then. Now not so much, but Cotto's still a live dog.
