a couple of names come to my mind.zab judah, malignaggi, tim bradley(verry dangerous for nate),kendall holt, ricardo torres.since it would be his first fight at 140 i think the best choice would be torres although judah wouldn't be a bad choice either(maybe for zab).thoughts on who it should be?

    Good question.

He didn't lose his 135 title in the ring but in the scales . . . so I say go for the highest ranked fighter he can get at 140 . . . go for the belt holders.

Since Bradley appears to be vacating one of his belts, I wouldn't be surprised if Nate found himself locked into a title fight eventually. In fact he should probably be pulling for Devon Alexander, the Don King based LWW to beat Junior Witter for the title. Alexander whose been sent to go after Nate at the LWW scene is a relatively easy touch for any basic fighter and Nate (even with age and weight issues) is good enough to handle him easily.

Basically if I was running his career, it'd go: Nate Campbell vs Ricardo Torres
Nate Campbell vs title holder from the Witter/Alexander mess

Timothy Bradley would be his best choice IMO. Could be a very entertaining fight actually.

Obviously going for a belt would be the best choice for him - but where ever the money's at - is where he should go. The bigger the name - the bigger the check. Judah seems like the biggest name out there for him right now.

I'd say fight someone like Zab Judah or Kendall Holt to get the people talking, then go for one of the belt holders.
