I'm thinking top rank should put him in with Minto or Malik Scott. Peter does not need to fight another McGhee, he needs to atleast fight a top 30 heavyweight in his next fight

Fres Oquendo. It would allow him a second chance to try and get to grips with a fighter with fast hands following the poor showing against Eddie Chambers.

Both fighters need a decent win to get back into the title picture. Oquendo could take it on points, but Peter is also capable of taking a decision as Oquendo fights negatively when faced with big punchers.

Maybe Ray Austin? A fighter with similar size as the klitschko brothers who most people will admit isn't exactly a world beater. Plus he is top ten in some of the alphabet rankings.

(off topic but anyone know how I can switch my username, was in a bit of a rush when I made it)

Thats a good choice, and I agree what you said. ;]

Oquendo would be a fine choice, i see it maybe about 60/40 in favor of Peter but it would be a good point in thier careers to fight.

what about Ruiz ? I think that all these fighters who seem to sit around and wait for their next title shots should be knocking each other out .

He needs to fight a name oppenent with a weak chin to continue to build his confidence back up. I'm going to say Rahman would be a good choice for his next oppenent. If he can't get him, Golota would be a good choice as well.

    What about NOT! :-(

That is the Worst Match for Samuel who is making his comeback, building his self-confidence back again. That God damn Octopus John would Hug Sam to death and maybe ruin him, no-no:bart

I dont think that there is much of a problem with him taking another tune up before he goes after a top heavyweight. Sam is still young and he needs to get his confidence all the way back before he goes into a big fight.

Next I would put him in with a little better quality of bum, then I would match him with someone like Rahman in November.

I disagree. The best thing for Peter right now is to fight a series of tomato cans that he can look good against. If he fights at least every other month, it will keep him in shape; and a few spectacular KO's will make people (Peter included) forget that this guy really doesn't have the goods.

BTW - What a stupid move by his management to put him in with Chambers after the beating he took from VK
