Abu Hamza This content is protected He's a qualified referee, licensed by The Boxing Caliphate of the Islamic Maghreb .............. and Luxembourg, of course.
I know, it's really pissing me off. Even from people who should, infact do, know better. Ridiculous, it only takes two sentences to explain it.
Does it matter if it's described as 'unlicensed' or 'licensed by Luxembourg' ? Within these shores, an 'Unlicensed' boxer has always meant unlicensed by the BBBofC. Until yesterday, of course. Even visting professionals are approved by the board of control. That's why people say "Holyfield wouldn't be allowed to fight here". He doesn't just turn up with a Luxembourg license ..... until now, of course. :deal That's why people are saying 'unlicensed', because 'licensed' has always meant licensed or approved by the BBBofC. Or am i wrong ? :huh
No mate, I think you're probably right! :good But, my problem is that when the general public / casual fans hear unlicenced they assume it is something illegal or dangerous :bbb
