I'd love it to be Broner,but the truth is Ricky has no TV appeal over there yet,and as the Champion,there's no way he should go over and fight for an opponent's purse.
If he gets a good deal,there's no excuse but it's down to HBO and GBP,and there's more appealing fights for Stateside audiences out there.
Don't be surprised if it's Rees or someone like Bogere or Gonzales.
