This year Rigo has been more active, Rico ,TK,Marroquin and he's ready for another fight in December .
Who should he fight? Who's available, willing and worthy?
Some ppl accusing him of lack of quality opposition, wich I disagree for 10 fights, who can make his resume look better this December ?
Arce? Vic? Rojas? Marquez ? Agbeko ?,Mijares?...

He should wait after October 13 and fight the winner of Donaire vs Nishioka

Mares, although I'll bet my left nut that Mares won't take that fight for at least another few years.

Did Rigondeaux resign with Top Rank? I never heard anything since the fight against Marroquin. I've heard he might be on the Pacquiao undercard in December. Realistically, I'd like to see him fight Arce or Mijares (Donaire or Nish won't be available then), and Mares has Moreno in November. Hell, I wouldn't mind the Agbeko fight.

Rigondeaux should just sign with Golden Boy. There are more fighters for him there waiting other than Donaire.

If he sticks with Top Rank and he gets built up for a Donaire, he will likely lose and have his career derailed

Agreed. Although it's possible Donaire will move up in weight again if he wins convincingly.

Donaire has made very clear that he's not interested in a fight against Rigo.
Besides fighting now in oct. might be too soon to fight on december,at least for Nishioka

technically still a TR fighter, Hyde was negotiating the best deal for him.
Agbeko seems to be a good option.
Arce is looking for a big showdown against Nonito, he knows Rigo will derail his plans.Mijares i heard was looking for fight against Marquez.

I would like to see if Rigo could handle Darchinians style, I would give Vic a good chance to win by KO.

If he fights Vic i see his detractors calling him names for fighting Nonito's left overs.
Vic style is awkward and the fight could be a lit boring for a while, until Rigo lands some heavy lefts.
Vic power isnt the same at 122, hasnt score a KO for a while, but he has that uncomfortable style.
but Rigo says he fights ANYBODY, Vic isnt the exception.
