    Nice Thread...

I touch on this in a thread I created about two weeks ago:http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=205745

I was simply saying that everybody at 140lbs is fighting each other, while the Best 140lbs Fighter (Bradley) is left without a Dance partner. And if he starts fighting UN-HEARD OF OR NO-NAMED fighters who are barely Quality Opponents...He will eventually be called a Ducker!!!

Hmmm....This sounds really familiar about another TOP FIGHTER who is undefeated, yet no other top fighter in "his" weight class NEVER tried to make a fight with him...Yet He's called the DUCKER!!! Care to guess who I am talking about???

If Valero fights Peterson instead of Bradley then he is a definite ducker...

The Bobfather: "Everything else is going well. We are looking to fill in the dates for the three most exciting fighters in boxing, Juan Manuel Lopez, Yuri Gamboa, and Edwin Valero. The Valero fight, when it takes place, will be against Lamont Peterson. Juan Manuel is going to fight Barnabe Conception in the Phillipines, and Yuri Gamboa is going to fight Caballero. The point is you've got to make fights. In other words, people say Caballero is a really good fight. He is, and that's why we're doing the fight. I really have tremendous confidence in the fighters that fight for Top Rank, but you have to make good fights."

if you want to be champion you have to beat the champion so what's he's gonna do wait until bradley vacates the title or loses to someone else.. if he's not good enough well to bad but galarza will have to beat one of the champions to become champion

    :hat

 No ****, but he has only had 12 fights. Do you expect him to fight for a championship after only 12 pro fights? Give him time to develope and get a little more experience. He will be a champ one day!

He should fight SOMEONE to stay busy, even if it's a lesser fighter.

Bradley-Provodnikov would be fun while it lasted, but I doubt Ruslan's people would want to give him that big of a step up.

Cuenca would look good on paper at least, although I've never seen the guy fight. 37-0 with 1 KO, but he's a southpaw and he beat Alex de Jesus, who ain't bad.

I don't know exactly who Bradley will face but I hope he stays active and doesn't do what Dawson is doing by sitting while he is in his prime. Bradley is not a big name fighter and sitting around doing nothing won't change that. He needs to stay busy against the best competition he can get and try to look good. Winning and winning impressively will build your marketability up a lot better than not fighting. A lot of fighters at his weight are tied up right now so I wouldn't be surprised if its someone from a higher or lower weight like Casamayor or Judah.

the guy has so many options...

    Marcos Maidana
    Amir Khan
    Ricky Hatton
    Edwin Valero
Lamont Peterson rematch if Peterson beat Valero
    Devon Alexander
    Juan Urango
    Andreas Kotelnik
Kendall Holt rematch he did get decked twice in that fight
    Juan Diaz
    Paul Malignaggi
    Victor Ortiz
    Randall Bailey
    Ricardo Torres

All those guys are decent fights. I understand that some, maybe most, of these guys won't fight him but I'm sure 1 of them will.

    from the ver reliable wiki:
    Fight With Khan/Pacquaio?
Talks are apparently being held for Amir Khan to fight Bradley some time next year. However, recent reports are simmering that he may be Manny Pacquiao's next opponent.
