he had proper trainers before, the statistics say, every fight with the uncle has been a stoppage, he certainly done better than last time, the result proves that.:good
to put you in the inside picture, none of maloneys other heavys will fight fury, their terrified of him, their afraid to mention he,s name. david price would be the biggest fight, but he's out first good hit, and even if he got a punch or two on fury, the main difference is he's going nowhere, why don't they fight mcdermot, winner fights fury, - its no go mate they no where there breads buttered, :good:good
he should fight coleman barret for the irish title he is made to order for fury and then onto chisora
Maloney needs to really think about what he is doing with Price. Does he have a glass jaw? If so, who cares? Keeping him on the path of least resistance isn't going to do anything for him...... you might as well shove him in there and if he gets beat he gets beat. Plenty of fighters have had iffy chins and a solid career.
martin rogan would be much better fight. he nothing special but fury would have to be in top shape to prevail. he is also a higher profile name after his quick rise to domestic title level
He needs another fight, with good preperation and good sparring just to bring the whole thing together. Then look to fight Chisora or Sexton in Q4.
you may be right, but im impressed by young fighters who are willing to put it on the line and take risks at an early age, if i was one of them other heavys i would be embarassed to be on his undercard, i would want to be in there fighting him, to see if im not wasting my time trying to be a boxer in name only, while a schoolboy of a heavyweight is showing me what courage determination, and the guts to fight as solid oponent can do, their nice and well built, but it aint bodybuilding, .:good
Based on his shocking stupidity from the first McD fight I think Fury needs a loss to smarten him up. Funnily enough I thought Fury has more potential than ever after the 2 McD fights despite looking really bad. He is tall, rangey, strong, realtively light on his feet with quickish punches and heavy punches through out a fight. He has absolutely no defence in the pocket. I think he parried 1 jab but other than that he clinched or pushed. Strategically, he did MUCH better than the first fight. To date, Steward is the best coach for him.
a real trainer with his uncle in the corner aswell get in ****ing shape , not looking like a 6.7 david haye just no overhang on the belly and some bulk up top and more road work gotta be able to go 12 every fight if you dont have devastaing power and imo he dosent his power is ok but nothing special if he gets in shape im right behind him also in 9 months since the last mcdermott fight to this one and only knocking down a tommatoe can inbetween shows me hes not realy looking for sparing because in that time you telling me hes gone out to get sparring but everyones **** scared of him ..................**** off
