It would be nice to see Vitali grease Chris Byrd in a revenge match. However I think Byrd is finished...after his last fight, there's no way he'd have any credibility as a heavyweight challenger.

Nothing against Byrd, who I have always respected as an excellent fighter for his extraordinary skill and bravery. But his 2000 win over Vitali was a fluke, and the record should be set straight.

I'm off to the States in a couple of weeks and will be in LA for the fight. When I get there I'm going to find a sports bar full of Jones supporters....and join them :good

That should answer your question, I think :D

I wasn't even talking to you you idiot.

So I take it you think Peter has a glass jaw too then? 20 rounds against both the Klits without hitting the canvas - either neither Klit can punch, or Peter has a good chin, which is it?

Maybe so....but Jones was one of my favourite fighters when he was prime, just like Lewis.

I'll just sit back comfortable in the knowledge that Jones is a bonafide all time great and regardless of what happens in the fight Calslappy will never be fit to carry Roys jock :smoke

Same thing with Lewis, no matter how much crying the sack-swingers do, there'll always be a L next to VITLAYS name on boxrec regarding Lennox Lewis :smoke

Who else should he fight? There's nobody else in the division worth fighting besides his brother. If there's any hope in Povetkin then Wladimir is already rising to that challenge.

well lewis is one of my top 5 favorite boxers ever but that loss doesn't hurt vitali like many say. and i don't think lennox was as faded as those same people claim.

but if haye loses in november, esb will see a steep decline in trolling :yep
