Who Should Vlad Knock First, Povetkin or Thompson?

You guys must have no sense of shame by way of having looked ridiculous in making avatar bets of Sultan's knockout inside six and then starting a thread on who's gonna go first - Povetkin or Thompson. That would be appropriate if this was some sort of Klitschko's shrine but in an ordinary Boxing Forum, you achieve precisely the opposite effect... Nobody will believe that Wladimir will do more against either one of them than he did against Sultan.

 

He should fight Thompson first, but he should fight them both within 6 months. I am tired of the lame ass excuses as to why they can't fight more often. If your goal is to unify by beating all the other competition...as he said in the post-fight interview because Vitali is going to fight for the WBC title, then he needs to get on with it already!!!! This is the real problem with boxing, the rediculous amount of time between fights. That should only happen when a fighter actually takes a beating in a match...

 

He fights Tua next anway, the fight is signed and was part of the out of court settlement between Kushner and Klitscho K2.

 

Wlad did a lot more against most other guys he beat...so why shouldn't I believe that he would do more against Povetkin and Thompson?? He will have to, Povetkin always comes forward throwing tons of punches and Thompson is pretty aggressive as well. While his fight with Sultan was truly boring, such boring fights are the exception with Wlad.

 

Hopefully Thompson.

 

Maybe people who appreciate a classy fighter who always comes to a fight in shape, has a meaningful life outside the ring, talks respectfully about opponents, won 50 out of 53 professional fights with a good KO percentage will pay to see Klitschko.

Thompson is a waste of time. He's tailor made for Wlad.

Povetkin would be a much better matchup. I'd like to see Wlad handle Povetkin's strength and pressure. Interesting.

 

I don't care which one first.As long as its more exciting than Wlads last hide-and-seek match he had.

 

Wlad should fight Povetkin. this fight has already been hyped up in Europe Wlad should follow through with it, although I never seen Thompson fight.

 

Thompson would be easy, Povetkin would be hard.. I can't say who he should fight first, but if i were him i'd fight Thompson.
