I think only the haye fight really generates what the heavyweight division is lacking and thats some excitment.

Valuev gets my interest the most, followed by Haye, then Povetkin. I feel Valuev, if anything else, should give Wlad some problems on the outside, and wont go down as easy as the other two that were mentioned. Theres something about Valuev that makes me think that he will present Wlad with his hardest fight since Peter, maybe it's his huge frame, or the fact that his chin is damn near granite. I must say, other than Vitali, I would favor no fighter in the division over Wlad.

Further unification should be the first priority, but that is not likely, given that King still controls the sheltered Valuev.

Since that is unlikely, I think Haye would be the next best fight, seeing as how Wlad has til Sept to fight his mandatory in Povetkin.

I agree that valuev would give wlad problems, if nothing else he has the reach advantage to stay away from the jab, take the jab away and wlad is as ordinary as the next heavyweight imo

I think Haye should be next.

The only guy I think who has a shot at beating Wlad is Valuev, because of his size. Maybe Chagaev, but I haven't seen enough of his fights to say anything definitive about that. At 6'1", though, not sure if Ruslan is large enough to get the job done.

I don't think Povetkin has any real chance with Wlad, same for Haye. Haye's too small and fragile and Povetkin's neither large enough nor hard enough of a puncher to get the job done, IMO.

Even though Haye hasn't earned **** as a heavyweight, I would like to Wlad KO this clown just to get him-and his nuthuggers-out of the picture.

According to the BILD (I know, terrible souce) Valuev said:

After the Holyfield fight I want to fight one of the Klitschkos. I asked for a fight against the Klitschkos over and over again. Now the managers have to make these fights.

ive seen several interviews with valuev saying he will fight wlad so it looks like his managers r the ones less than willing to make it happen

then, the wba may say valuev must fight chagaev next

i am hoping it somehow gets made though

We only want to see Wlad fight Haye. After that fight, nobody wants to see Wlad throw punches, and then hold his opponents head down under his armpit to tire them out anymore. There are no capable heavies that are able to give Wlad or Vitali a fight. Vitali is the true Hvw champion imo anyway.
