chagaev, but he will most likely end up fighting someone like corrie sanders or andrew golota or maybe ray austin again.
Valuev. He's pretty much the only available threat out there at the moment. Iggy, Chagaev, Peter are all tied up. Valuev/Klitschko seems like it'll be the most interesting fight to be made right now.
I purposely didn't include fighters that have fights already scheduled. Valuev is fighting some Canadian nobody, Bergeron or something like that.
I picked Holyfield. Someone wrote a nice article on why Ibragimov needed to not only beat Holy, but not him out brutally so the old guard can legitimately give way to the new. I liked the article, and I think it works just as well for Wlad.
He is? Hm.... how 'bout Lyakhovich? Lyakhovich is pretty tough, that oughta make for an entertaining fight.
Yeah, Briggs.. I forgot about him. I wanted to see those two mix it up when Briggs was still a champ.
Valuev - Ibragimov/Chagaev are busy with eachother...Peter/Maskaev are busy with eachother...Brock and Byrd make no sense right now
I would rather see WK fight any of these guys over Sanders, in roughly this order: Chagaev Ibragimov Maskaev Valuev Liakhovich Dimentrenko Ruiz (Only to get rid of Huggy Bear once & for all) After that it's about tie for Sanders or Holyfield, sorry but that's my opinion. I've never seen Virchis fight and that one isn't going to break any records.....................
Fine choice but he's kinda missing in action & the haters would bust on Wlad for fighting another guy coming off a loss I'm pretty sure. Interesting matchup anyway.
The smart move for Wladimir would be too fight Holyfield as it's a fight that would give Wlad world wide press and would be a big pay day. But most likely I see Wlad fighting Hasim Rahman or Juan Carlos Gomez because I really don't think Wlad wants too be in role of the bad guy beating on old man Holyfield.:hat
