Who showed the better chin vs foreman? Frazier or Lyle?

Consider that those 24 victories included many "safe" opponents. Notice that not even Quarry and Bonavena are not on the list. Lyle went into the Foreman fight losing two out of three of his last fights. Foreman was, indeed, devastating against Frazier and he would always be. Foreman, would always be vulnerable against a Lyle, Shavers, Baer, etc., because of his bombs away style and his telegraphing of his wild punches.
