    If you have watch the training session videos of legendary boxers, then tell who is the punching machine during speed ball training session? I will give you three options & then debate is open...

    1) M. Ali
    2) Mike Tyson
    3) George Foreman

    Mike tyson was not great at the speed bag, If you watch the videos he was not the best but at punching bag he was a machine.
    I would say Ali would be the best because he was known for speed.
