With 4 of England's marquee names set up for big fights where arguably they are all underdogs - who if any has a chance of winning? or do u think this could be a terrible few months for english boxing?

    Hatton v Pacquiao
    Haye v Klitschko
    Froch v Taylor
    Khan v Barrera

Hate to say it, but i think Khan stands the best chance, and i think hatton could do it too. haye and froch are the 2 guys i would like to see win but i dont think they will.

    Hatton v Pacquiao
I see Hatton losing this valiantly on points

    Haye v Klitschko
Haye to win by huge KO in the mid rounds

    Froch v Taylor
Froch on points or possibly a late KO

    Khan v Barrera
Barrera by KO and it could be in round 1 thru 12 (is it a 12 rounder??)

In order of best to least chance...

    Khan
    Haye
    Froch
    Hatton

I don't think much seperates them. Khan seems like a 50/50. Haye and Froch are probably 60/40 underdogs. Hatton's a 70/30 underdog IMO. :smoke

  5. I think it's possible to argue a case for all 4 British winners in all 4 fights.

They are all pick em fights.

If I had the time I would present an argument for each but I'm presently far too busy working for truth and justice, doing good deeds to others, and trying to turn this countries woeful economic situation around.

I think we will win all 4. Froch and Haye have to much for Taylor and Wlad. There to up for the fight and Taylor and Wlad are not. taylor and wlad also think haye and froch are just bangers, but in truth there very skilled fighters. they totally under estimate them. also taylor has only had 1 fight at SMW, and Froch has been there his whole career, taylor has fougth allot of guys smaller than him, frochs a beat.

hatton will beat manny pac, i rate manny high and dont rate hatton but this is a total mis match due to the size of hatton. dont let the diaz and de la hoya fights full you, diaz is c class fighter and de la hoya is shot to **** especially at welter.

khan vs barrera, this is 50-50, whats barerra got left. barerra can bang and if khan has not seriously improved since gomez (same size as barrera) then Khan will get destroyed. but as allot of you know i rate khan.

    Hatton will probably get stopped.

    Haye will get KTFO early.

Taylor is not like by anyone but me so I pick Froch to lose on points.

Barrera is old and will get a a dodgy save giving Khan an amazing win.

In my view, here's the chances of the British lads:

    Khan v Barrera: 60%
    Haye v Klitschko: 35%
    Froch v Taylor: 20%
    Hatton v Pacquiao: 20%

Khan should be the favourite. Barrera's a natural super-bantam/feather and is completely shot, Khan get's absolutely no credit from me if he wins. The fact this is being talked up as a title eliminator is a joke.

Hatton will beat Pacquiao. I'm sure of it. Haye also stands a great chance of upsetting Klitschko. Froch probably has the least chance, but Taylor's been stopped before.

All have a good chance of pulling of some great wins (apart from Khan).

In my view, here's the chances of the British lads:

Khan v Barrera: Barrera looks like he could be well and truly shot so Khan is definately a favourite in this one. He has a excellent chance.

Haye v Klitschko: As much as I like Haye I can't see him winning this one, He does have a chance but if Wlad lands it could be lights out.

Froch v Taylor: Great opportunity for The "Cobra" can he do it? well had this took place in the UK then i would say yes, he would have the crowd behind him and i think that would of affected Taylor but i don't fancy him in this one.

Hatton v Pacquiao: I genuinely have this as a 50-50, Pacman is still unproven at the weight and i think Hatton has the power to hurt the filipino, This is the Hitmans final chance to shut the doubters up (Mainly Yanks) and show the world that he really is a boxing legend.

    Hatton v Pacquiao
    Haye v Klitschko
    Froch v Taylor
    Khan v Barrera

Pacquiao, Hatton allways had trouble getting out of the way of shots against southpaws, Pacman is to fast and powerfull, i hope Hatton proves me wrong, i hope Mayweather sr can come up with a good strategy.

Klitschko, Too big for Haye, will stop him from round 5 onwards.

Froch, Too powerfull and too Hungry for Taylor.

Khan and Barrera is a tough one, Barrera is past it and never boxed up at lightweight competitivly but has lots more experience. Khan is fast but has a glass jaw. If Barrera has anything left he could knock Khan out at any time.
